AppSquadz Software Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an IT Sales & Government RFP Executive who has a robust understanding of Government Tenders, RFPs, IT Sales, and software development projects.

Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

Experience: 1–3 Years

Employment Type: Full time

Key Responsibilities
Identify and track Government RFPs, tenders, EOIs, and technical bids related to IT/software services
Read and analyze RFPs, Scope of Work, PQT/TQ, eligibility criteria, deliverables, and commercial requirements
Evaluate tender requirements and assess company eligibility and participation
Understand IT solutions including software development, web/mobile applications, cloud, IT infrastructure, and managed services
Coordinate with technical and internal teams to prepare bid responses
Identify potential government and enterprise clients and recent business opportunities
Attend client meetings, presentations, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Prepare opportunity summaries,



bid trackers, and sales reports

Required Skills

Good understanding of IT Sales & Business Development

Ability to read and interpret Government RFPs/Tenders

Basic-to-good understanding of software development and IT solutions

Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and client-handling skills

Good analytical and research skills

Ability to understand technical requirements and convert them into business opportunities

Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace

Preferred
Experience in Government Sales, Tender Management, RFP/Bid Management, or IT Business Development
Knowledge of government procurement/e-tendering processes
Experience working with government departments, PSUs, or enterprise clients
