Job Timing/Shift : 8:00pm - 5:00am/ Night Shift

Job Summary The Business Associate will handle outbound sales calls, understand customer requirements, and offer suitable solutions while ensuring adherence to company processes and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
Execute outbound calling campaigns to achieve sales targets
Identify customer needs and determine eligibility for services
Deliver clear and effective product communication
Handle customer concerns and objections efficiently
Ensure compliance with SOPs and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales performance
Participate in ongoing training and development programs

Minimum Requirements




6+ months experience in an international contact center (sales domain preferred)
Excellent verbal communication skills in English
Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a target-driven environment
Flexibility to work night shifts
Immediate joiners will be given preference.
Freshers with excellent communication skills and an English-medium education background may also apply.
