Job Responsibilities
Prepare and verify RA Bills, Running Bills, Final Bills, and Subcontractor Bills.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and quantity measurements as per drawings and site execution.
Conduct site measurements and quantity verification for completed works.
Check and certify contractor/subcontractor bills based on actual work executed.
Prepare Measurement Sheets, Abstract Sheets, and Quantity Statements.
Coordinate with the Site, Planning, Execution, and Accounts teams for billing-related activities.
Verify work quantities with approved drawings, BOQ, specifications, and work orders.
Prepare rate analysis, material reconciliation, and variation statements.
Monitor project quantities, costs, and billing progress.
Maintain proper records of bills, measurements, approvals, and supporting documents.
Identify discrepancies in measurements, rates, and quantities and resolve them with the concerned team.
Assist in cost estimation and project commercial activities when required.

Required Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E. / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience in Civil Billing,



Quantity Surveying, and Project Commercials.
Good knowledge of BOQ, Rate Analysis, Measurements, RA Bills, and Quantity Calculation.
Proficiency in MS Excel and AutoCAD.
Good understanding of civil construction drawings and specifications.
Robust analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

Experience 2–5 Years of relevant experience in Civil Billing / Quantity Surveying / Construction Projects.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Infrastructure, EPC, STP, WTP, ETP, Water & Wastewater, or other Civil Construction Projects will be preferred.
