Ginfra is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth across construction & real estate, infrastructure & development, engineering & projects, and government/defense infrastructure - including military/defense projects.

Location: Hyderabad / Delhi

Work Days: 5 days/week

CTC: Flexible / Negotiable, based on experience

Experience: 3 - 15 years

THE ROLE

We're looking for someone who can open doors with government bodies, PSUs, EPC contractors, and defense agencies, and turn relationships into a strong, sustainable order book.



You'll own the full business development cycle — from market mapping to tender wins to long-term account growth — across infrastructure and defense-linked projects.

WHAT YOU'LL DO
Identify, pursue, and close recent business opportunities across construction, real estate, infrastructure, engineering, and government/defense sectors
Build and manage relationships with key government departments, PSUs, EPC contractors, consultants, and defense agencies
Lead end-to-end tender and bid management - opportunity identification, pre-qualification, proposal development, and submission
Track and respond to RFPs/RFQs and government e-procurement/tender portals (e.g. GeM, CPPP)
Negotiate commercial terms and contracts, working closely with engineering, estimation, and project delivery teams
Conduct market research and competitive analysis to spot emerging opportunities and inform growth strategy
Represent Ginfra at industry events, client meetings, and tenders across Hyderabad, Delhi, and other regional markets
Maintain accurate pipeline and reporting using CRM/ERP tools
