Refos Energy Pvt. Ltd. is looking for Business Development Managers to handle assigned territories across Kerala. The ideal candidate should have strong field sales experience, good communication skills, and thorough knowledge of the local market and customer base in the assigned area.

Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and develop recent business opportunities within the assigned territory.
Conduct regular field visits and meet potential customers.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain solid customer relationships.
Understand customer requirements and present suitable solar solutions.
Follow up on leads and convert prospects into sales.
Develop and maintain a robust local market network.
Identify current business opportunities and potential markets within the assigned area.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
Submit regular sales and market activity reports to management.




Coordinate with internal teams for smooth customer service and project execution.

Eligibility & Requirements
Age:Below 35 years.
Education:Graduation is mandatory.
Experience: Minimum 1+ year of sales experience, preferably in:
Solar / Renewable Energy
FMEG (Fast-Moving Electrical Goods)
Telecom
Electrical / Electronics
Consumer Durables
Other relevant field-sales industries

Candidates with strong field sales experience are encouraged to apply. Candidate should have good knowledge of the local area/territory they are applying for.

Should understand the local market, customer base, and potential business opportunities in the assigned area.

Strong communication, negotiation, and convincing skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
