About the Role

We are hiring a B2B Lead Generation & Outreach Specialist responsible for identifying the right prospects and converting them into qualified business opportunities through email, WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Apollo and AI-powered outreach.

Responsibilities
Research target industries, companies and potential customers.
Identify high-quality prospects according to defined criteria.
Find verified contact information and decision-makers.
Create and manage prospect lists using Apollo and other lead-generation platforms.
Execute personalized cold email campaigns.

Requirements
1 year relevant experience in B2B lead generation/outreach.
Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn and email outreach.
Practical knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing.
Conduct WhatsApp outreach and follow-ups.
Perform LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
Use AI tools to research companies and personalize communication.
Develop different email/message templates for different target audiences.
Manage multiple outreach campaigns simultaneously.
Follow up with prospects through calls, email, WhatsApp and LinkedIn when required.




Qualify interested prospects and schedule meetings for the sales team.
Maintain a structured follow-up pipeline.
Track open rates, replies, positive responses, meetings and conversions.
Regularly clean and update lead databases.
Identify what messaging and channels generate better results.
Work closely with the sales team to improve lead quality.

Requirements
1 year relevant experience in B2B lead generation/outreach.
Experience with Apollo, LinkedIn and email outreach.
Practical knowledge of WhatsApp Marketing.
Experience in finding and researching business prospects.
Knowledge of CRM/lead management systems is an advantage.
Comfortable using ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or other AI tools.
Strong written communication and personalization skills.
Excellent follow-up discipline.
Ability to work with daily/monthly targets.
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently.
