Role Overview:

The Lecturer in Mechanical Engineering will deliver quality technical education, conduct laboratory sessions, mentor students, and contribute to academic and institutional development.

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching & Academic Responsibilities:

n

n
- Deliver classes in Mechanical Engineering subjects
n
- Prepare lesson plans and study materials
n
- Conduct workshops and practical sessions
n
- Guide students in projects and assignments
n

n

Laboratory & Workshop Management:

n

n
- Handle Manufacturing Lab, Workshop Practice Lab, Thermal Engineering Lab, and related laboratories
n
- Maintain equipment and workshop records
n




- Ensure safety and operational standards
n

n

Examination & Student Development:

n

n
- Conduct assessments and evaluate student performance
n
- Mentor students and support technical activities
n

n

Qualification:

n

n
- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering with First Class
n
- M.E./M.Tech preferred
n
- Qualification as per AICTE norms
n

n

Experience:

n

n
- Polytechnic/Engineering teaching experience preferred
n
- Industry experience preferred
n

n

Skills:

- Strong Mechanical Engineering fundamentals

- Practical and workshop handling skills
n
- Communication and mentoring abilities
