We're hiring: Performance Marketer | Bangalore

We're looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who knows how to turn ad spend into actual business.

n

Not impressions.

n

Not vanity metrics.

n

Not "I know Meta Ads."

n

Leads. Quality inquiries. Conversions. Revenue.

n

This is an in-house role across The Oyster Studios & Pinnacle Creative House.

n

You'll work on our own brands and also handle performance campaigns for our clients across weddings, healthcare, real estate and other high-ticket businesses.

n

What you'll be doing:

n

- Meta Ads, Facebook & Instagram
n
- Lead generation & campaign optimization
n
- Wedding inquiry generation
n
- Retargeting
n
- Audience research & customer psychology
n
- Landing page & funnel optimization
n
- Improving lead quality and conversion
n
- Creative testing with our content team
n
- Tracking CPL, conversion rates, ROAS and revenue
n
- Scaling campaigns based on performance
n

n

Who are we looking for?

n

Someone with around 6 months–1 year of hands-on experience.

n

Someone who has actually run campaigns and can tell us:

n

What did you run?

n

How much did you spend?

n

What results did you get?

n

What went wrong?

n

What did you change?

n

Experience in wedding photography, event management,



luxury events, hospitality, healthcare, real estate or other high-ticket businesses is a big advantage.

n

We care about execution more than certifications.

n

This role is NOT for:

n

Someone who only knows how to boost posts

n

Someone who talks strategy but hasn't executed

n

Someone obsessed with impressions and reach

n

Someone who needs to be told what to do every day

n

Someone who can't explain their campaign numbers

n

You'll work directly with the founder and our creative team.

₹25,000–₹35,000/month

n
