Role Overview:

We are looking for a strategic and performance-driven Manager – Planning to lead media planning

n

initiatives and drive effective campaign execution. This role involves delivering impactful

n

performance campaigns and developing innovative media strategies, optimizing performance, and

n

managing client relationships.

n

Key Responsibilities:

n

- Develop and execute comprehensive media plans aligned with campaign objectives.
n
- Plan and strategize for D2C clients to achieve incremental revenue & ROAS
n
- Plan and strategize media across Google & Meta platforms
n
- Plan across multiple channels including display, social, video, search, and
n

n

programmatic.

n

n
- Optimize campaigns to ensure budget efficiency and performance.
n
- Analyze campaign data (CTR, CPA, ROAS, conversions) to drive insights and
n

n

improvements.

n

n
- Lead media mix optimization to maximize conversions, reach, engagement, and ROI.
n
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
n




- Build and manage relationships with media vendors and partners.
n
- Act as the first point of contact for client escalations.
n
- Drive innovation by exploring new media strategies and solutions.
n
- Conduct industry and competitor analysis to enhance campaign effectiveness.
n
- Lead team performance through mentoring, feedback, and hiring initiatives.
n
- Ensure adherence to timelines, processes, and delivery standards.
n

Preferred Skills:

n

n
- 2-3 years of experience in handling performance for D2C brands
n
- 4–6 years of experience in media planning or digital marketing.
n
- Strong expertise in media planning, buying, and audience segmentation.
n
- Certifications in Google and Meta platforms preferred.
n
- Experience with tools (DV360, Google Ads, Meta, etc.) and research platforms
n

n

(ComScore, GWI, SimilarWeb).

n

n
- Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
n
- Proven ability to lead teams and manage client relationships.
n
