Role Description The Senior Airline Ticketing Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role involves handling complex domestic and international flight bookings using global distribution systems (GDS) such as galileo . The specialist will advise customers on fares, routing options, baggage rules, and airline policies, while ensuring accurate PNR creation, pricing, and documentation.

- Strong expertise in airline reservation and ticketing systems (Galileo or similar GDS)



and experience handling domestic and international tickeitng

- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and resolve issues in a professional and timely manner.

- High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data entry, PNR management, and documentation, with robust organizational and time-management skills.

- Previous experience in a senior or advanced ticketing role within a travel agency, tour operator, or airline environment.

- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, manage workload under pressure, and adapt to changing schedules and priorities.

- Proficiency in MS Office tools and basic travel-related software; comfort with learning new systems and processes.

- Relevant educational background in travel and tourism, hospitality, or a related field; professional ticketing or GDS certifications are an advantage.
