Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Salesforce Revenue Cloud/CPQ implementations and Q2C processes
n
- Gather requirements and design solution/system architecture and ERDs
n
- Configure complex products, bundles, pricing, discounting, Product Rules, Price Rules and Guided Selling
n
- Implement Salesforce Billing, subscription, recurring and usage-based billing
n
- Handle invoicing, payments, amendments, renewals, collections and revenue recognition
n
- Design integrations with NetSuite/ERP, payment gateways and tax engines using REST/SOAP APIs and MuleSoft/Boomi
n
- Drive automation, approvals, reporting, documentation, deployment and post-go-live support
n
- Guide development teams and work directly with business stakeholders/clients
n

Must Have

n

n
- 12+ years overall experience with 10+ years in Salesforce
n
- Strong hands-on Salesforce CPQ & Billing implementation experience
n




- Strong Revenue Cloud and Quote-to-Cash experience
n
- Subscription Management, recurring & usage-based billing
n
- Revenue Recognition knowledge
n
- Product configuration, bundles, pricing, discounting, Product/Price Rules and automation
n
- NetSuite/ERP integration and REST/SOAP API experience
n
- MuleSoft or Boomi exposure
n
- Solid solution architecture and client-facing experience
n
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
n
- Salesforce Certified CPQ Specialist – Mandatory
n
- Revenue Cloud Consultant Certification – Mandatory
n

Good to Have: Agentforce, CLM, ASC 606/IFRS 15, Application Architect, Platform Developer or Integration Architecture certifications.
