About the Role:

We are seeking a proactive B2B Lead Generation Specialist who has practical experience in finding prospects, running outbound campaigns and generating qualified business leads through multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and research ideal customer profiles and target businesses.
Use Apollo, LinkedIn and online research tools to build prospect lists.
Manage cold email campaigns with personalized messaging.
Conduct WhatsApp outreach and follow-up campaigns.
Generate leads through LinkedIn connection requests and direct messaging.
Leverage AI tools for prospect research, email personalization, content creation and campaign optimization.
Maintain proper records of prospects and communication.
Follow up with interested prospects and nurture potential leads.




Qualify prospects and pass relevant opportunities to the sales team.
Monitor campaign performance and improve outreach strategies.
Achieve weekly and monthly lead-generation targets.

Candidate Requirements:
1+ year experience in B2B lead generation/outbound sales.
Robust hands-on knowledge of Apollo and LinkedIn.
Experience with cold emailing and WhatsApp marketing.
Knowledge of AI-powered prospecting and productivity tools.
Valuable written and verbal communication.
Strong research, follow-up and organizational skills.
Ability to work with monthly lead and meeting targets.

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000/month.
