Experience: 1–3 Years | Industry: Industrial Automation / Engineering / Mechatronics

Develop recent customers and business prospects in industrial sectors.
Manage existing customer relationships and generate repeat business.
Identify customer requirements and propose suitable technical solutions.
Handle leads, follow up on RFQs, quotations and convert opportunities into orders.
Coordinate with field sales for customer visits, product presentations and technical discussions.
Coordinate with principals, technical teams and internal sales support.
Maintain sales pipeline, forecasts and customer information in CRM.

Requirements:
BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Instrumentation or related field.
MBA marketing will be added advantage.
1- 3 years of B2B sales, sales coordination , sales support, field sales in industrial segment.
Solid communication, negotiation, presentation and follow-up skills.
