About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Center Head to manage the overall operations, academic coordination, student experience, admissions, and business growth of our institute.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the center.
Ensure smooth coordination between academic, counseling, telecalling, marketing, and administrative teams.
Drive monthly admission and revenue targets.
Monitor enquiries, follow-ups, counseling, and conversions.
Identify opportunities to improve the center's student acquisition.
Work closely with the marketing and admissions teams to improve lead-to-admission conversion.
Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PG qualification is an advantage.
2–5 years of experience in education, training, sales, business development, or center management.
Robust leadership and team management skills.
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
