Preschool Centre Head – Apollo Kidz TP44

Role: Centre Head

Experience: 3–5 years in preschool management

Qualification: Graduate; ECCE/NTT/Montessori/B.Ed. preferred.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day operations of the preschool centre.
Lead, guide, and monitor teaching and support staff.
Ensure effective curriculum implementation and quality teaching.
Maintain a protected, hygienic, and child-friendly workplace.
Handle parent communication, feedback, and concerns.
Drive admissions, parent engagement, and centre growth.
Monitor staff performance, attendance, and discipline.
Maintain records, reports, and administrative documentation.
Ensure compliance with safety, academic, and organizational standards.

Coordinates with the management team and provides regular reports and updates regarding the centre.

Motivates teachers and staff members and builds a positive, cooperative, and supportive work workplace at the school.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
