Hiring: Institution Operations LeadLocation: Kodad, Telangana, India | Full-Time

We are looking for a highly capable and hands-on Institution Operations Lead to drive the smooth, efficient and professional functioning of a large educational institution.

This is a leadership role for someone who can take ownership, manage people and processes, maintain discipline, solve problems quickly, and ensure seamless day-to-day operations across the institution.

? Key Responsibilities

- Lead and coordinate day-to-day institutional operations across academic and administrative functions.
- Ensure effective implementation of institutional policies, processes and operating standards.
- Coordinate with leadership, faculty, administration, students, vendors and external stakeholders.
- Monitor attendance, discipline, schedules, facilities, security and institutional services.
- Drive operational planning and ensure timely execution of institutional activities.
- Manage and coordinate events, examinations, orientations, meetings and institutional programmes.
- Supervise support staff, security, housekeeping, transport and other operational teams.
- Identify operational gaps and implement corrective actions.
- Establish systems for SOPs, reporting, monitoring and accountability.
- Track operational KPIs and provide regular reports to institutional leadership.
- Handle emergencies, escalations and time-sensitive operational situations with maturity and composure.
- Ensure the institution maintains a professional, safe, disciplined and student-friendly setting.
- Support leadership in institutional improvement and transformation initiatives.

Who We Are Looking ForWe are looking for someone with:
- 8–15+ years of experience in institutional operations, administration, education, corporate operations, project management, facilities or a similar leadership role.




- Strong experience in people management and multi-stakeholder coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
- Strong execution orientation with the ability to work independently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced institutional environment.
- Strong command of MS Office / Google Workspace and reporting systems.
- Experience in educational institutions, universities, colleges, large organisations or multi-location operations will be an advantage.

Ex-Service Personnel WelcomeEx-Defence / Ex-Service personnel with relevant leadership and operational experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Candidates from the Armed Forces with experience in:

- Administration and institutional management

- Event and programme management
- Large-team leadership
- Process implementation and compliance

will be considered favourably. Military leadership experience combined with strong execution, discipline and people-management capabilities can be highly relevant to this role.
