Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Nurse role based at the NURA center in Hyderabad. The Nurse will provide high-quality, patient-centered care throughout the screening process, including welcoming patients, explaining procedures, preparing them for imaging or diagnostic tests, and monitoring their comfort and safety. Daily responsibilities include taking medical histories, recording vital signs, assisting with physician consultations, supporting AI-enabled imaging workflows, and documenting findings in clinical systems.

The Nurse will provide health education related to screening results, coordinate follow-up appointments as needed, and collaborate closely with physicians, technicians, and administrative staff to ensure efficient clinic operations.



The role also involves adhering to infection control protocols, maintaining equipment and supplies, and contributing to continuous improvement in patient experience and clinical quality.

Qualifications

- Clinical nursing skills, including patient assessment, vital sign monitoring, and basic life support.

- Experience in outpatient or diagnostic center workflows, including coordination of screening procedures and patient flow.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills to explain procedures clearly, provide health education, and support diverse patient populations.

- Comfort working with digital health records and healthcare technology; openness to learning and using AI-enabled imaging systems.

- Attention to detail, adherence to safety and infection control standards, and reliable documentation practices.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and maintain professional conduct in a high-volume clinical setting.

- Recognized nursing qualification (e.g., GNM, B.Sc. Nursing, or equivalent) and valid registration with the appropriate nursing council.

- Prior experience in preventive health, radiology, oncology, or diagnostic services is an advantage.

- Willingness to work on-site in Hyderabad with flexible shift timings as required by clinic operations.
