Key Responsibilities

- Patient Care Management: Ensure clinical care matches doctor orders and patient needs.
- Staff Supervision: Assign patient duties, coordinate shifts, and evaluate nurse performance.
- Equipment and Supplies: Check medical equipment, report defects, and manage resource needs.
- Communication: Act as a link between patients, relatives, nursing staff, and the Nursing Superintendent.
- Incident Reporting: Identify and report accidents or clinical challenges and take action.

Requirements and Qualifications

- Education: B.Sc Nursing or GNM / Diploma in Nursing.
- Experience: Several years of clinical or hospital nursing experience, with past leadership roles preferred.
