We are looking for an experienced CICS System Programmer with robust hands-on expertise in CICS system programming on IBM z/OS environments. The role requires deep technical knowledge of CICS internals, configuration, installation, maintenance, and performance tuning. This is not an operations or monitoring role. /n /n Key Responsibilities /n /n
Install, configure, customize, and upgrade IBM CICS Transaction Server on z/OS

/n
Perform CICS region setup and management, including AOR/FOR/TOR configurations

/n
Define and manage CICS resources using RDO / CSD / DFHCSDUP

/n
Administer and support CICSPlex SM environments

/n
Handle CICS-related SMP/E maintenance, PTFs, and version upgrades

/n
Perform performance tuning and capacity planning for CICS regions

/n
Diagnose and resolve CICS system-level issues, abends, dumps, and performance problems

/n
Work closely with z/OS system programmers, application teams,



and middleware teams

/n
Ensure high availability, stability, and compliance of CICS environments

/n
Participate in on-call support for critical CICS incidents
