Responsibilities
Call and engage with doctors and hospitals.
Identify hospital recruitment requirements and relevant decision-makers.
Connect doctors with suitable opportunities.
Follow up on vacancies, applications and interviews.
Build robust relationships with doctors and hospital teams.

Skills Required
Excellent Malayalam and English communication.
Confident and qualified phone communication.
Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
Sales/recruitment mindset with a robust sense of ownership.
Basic computer skills.

Preferred
Experience in healthcare recruitment, hospital HR, sales, recruitment or customer relations. Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply.
