Civil Engineer – Techno-Commercial

Experience:* 1–5 Years

Qualification:* B.E./B.Tech/Diploma – Civil Engineering

Job Responsibilities
Prepare BOQ, quantity estimation, Site execution plans, technical calculation as per construction sites.
Study architectural/structural drawings and project specifications.
Handle tenders, RFQs and client technical queries.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, developers and clients.
Prepare technical proposals and product presentations for NBP construction systems.
Support the Sales Head in business development and order conversion.
Conduct client/site visits and provide technical support when required.
Coordinate with production, dispatch and project teams.
Maintain enquiry,



quotation and project follow-up reports.
Identify new project opportunities and support sales targets.

Required Skills
Valuable knowledge of Civil Construction, BOQ, Estimation & Costing.
Good command of AutoCAD, MS Excel and MS Office.
Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
Willingness to travel for client and project meetings.
Preferred:* Experience in construction materials, precast, facade, building products, or technical execution.

Key Focus: Technical Understanding + Estimation & Costing + Client Coordination + Business Development

Pay: ₹10,889.74 - ₹30,000.00 per month
