We are looking for a HR Specialist with 3 to 5 years of experience to be based at our Mangalore office in India and to be part of our growth story. As a HR Operations Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the end-to-end employee lifecycle processes across multiple countries. You will manage HR transactions and service requests through ServiceNow, maintain data accuracy in HR systems, and provide timely and compliant support to employees and managers. This role requires a strong focus on operational excellence, confidentiality, and a service-oriented mindset. Responsibilities: Case Management & Support : Respond to global HR inquiries from employees and managers via ServiceNow. Monitor and manage service ticket queues and ensure timely resolution of cases Employee Lifecycle Transactions : Handle pre-boarding formalities, onboarding, offboarding, job changes, and transfers.
