NWe are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager – Specification & Project Sales to develop the Mumbai market and drive specification-led project business.
NKey Responsibilities
nArchitect & Consultant Sales

- n
- Build and maintain solid relationships with Architects, Interior Designers, Electrical Consultants, MEP Consultants and PMCs across Mumbai. N
- Conduct regular productpresentations, technical meetings and CPD/product awareness sessions. N
- Promote Connect System products and secure their inclusion in project specifications, BOQs and tender documents. N
- Develop new consultant and architect accounts and continuously expand the specification network. N
- Identify upcoming commercial, corporate, hospitality, residential, infrastructure and institutional projects. N

nProject Sales & Business Development

- Identify and map projects from the design stage through execution and procurement. N
- Generate project enquiries and convert specifications into orders. N
- Develop relationships with Developers, Builders, Contractors, Project Managers, Facility Managers and Procurement Teams. N
- Follow projects closelyfrom specification and approval through final purchase. N
- Coordinate with dealersand distributors to ensure successful order conversion and execution. N
- Build a strong project pipeline for Mumbai and surrounding areas. N

nSpecification & Product Approval

- Work with consultants to get Connect System products specified in project BOQs and tender documents. N
- Obtain product approvals from architects, consultants, PMCs and end customers. N
- Provide TDS, technical specifications, samples, compliance documents and product presentations as required. N
- Track specification
