Looking for a hands-on, entrepreneurial person to join our early stage FMCG startup. Scope of work will include day-to-day operations, vendor management, co-ordinate procurement, packaging, inventory & dispatch and sales-channel development. The candidate should be comfortable working in an setting where processes are still being built and should be able to figure things out independently, negotiate with vendors, solve problems and get things done.
Must have qualities will include excellent communication and negotiation skills, solid vendor management ability, comfortable making phone calls, visiting markets and meeting vendors / customers and positive excel / google sheet skills.
