Operate CNC turning machines safely and efficiently.
Set up machines, workpieces, cutting tools, and tool offsets.
Read and understand engineering drawings, dimensions, and tolerances.
Load and unload raw materials and finished components.
Select appropriate cutting tools and machining parameters.
Check tool wear and make necessary offset corrections.
Perform in-process inspection using vernier calipers, micrometers, bore gauges, and other measuring instruments.
Ensure components are manufactured according to required quality standards.
Identify and report machine, tooling, or quality problems.
Maintain production targets and minimize machine downtime.
Follow work instructions, safety procedures, and 5S practices.
Maintain proper housekeeping around the machine and work area.
Record production and inspection details as required.
Coordinate with supervisors, quality personnel, and maintenance teams when necessary.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
