Team Leader – Operations | Roles &
Responsibilities Manage and supervise the operations team. Allocate daily tasks and monitor team performance. Ensure smooth and timely day-to-day operations. Track KPIs, productivity, quality, and targets. Handle escalations and resolve operational issues. Train, guide, and motivate team members. Prepare and maintain operational reports. Coordinate with other departments to ensure workflow efficiency. Ensure company policies, SOPs, and quality standards are followed. Identify process gaps and implement improvements.
Pay: ₹15,500.00 - ₹25,500.00 per month
