Hiring: Wedding Choreography Coordinator

Dance Team by Vickky is looking for a responsible and well-spoken Coordinator to manage and coordinate with our wedding choreography clients.

Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with clients regarding their wedding choreography requirements
Manage communication between clients and choreographers
Schedule and coordinate practice sessions
Follow up with clients regarding songs, performances and schedules
Keep track of session updates and client requirements
Ensure smooth coordination throughout the choreography process
Handle WhatsApp messages and calls professionally
Resolve basic client queries and share updates with the team

Requirements:
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Comfortable speaking in Hindi & English




Responsible, organized and punctual
Valuable at handling clients professionally
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Google Sheets and scheduling
Experience in wedding/events coordination or client handling will be preferred
