Company: Elfloren Spaces Role: Co-Founder Investment: ₹10,00,000 Equity: 10% Elfloren Spaces is looking for a highly driven Co-Founder & Strategic Partner who can invest ₹10,00,000 in the company in exchange for 10% equity and actively participate in building the business. This is not a passive investment position—the selected co-founder will work closely with the Founder & CEO on business strategy, fundraising, financial planning, supplier and vendor networks, e-commerce growth, sales, marketing, partnerships, B2B expansion, team building, operations, and long-term brand development. The ideal candidate should have strong entrepreneurial thinking, business development skills, leadership ability, financial understanding, helpful industry/network connections, and the ability to take ownership of major business functions.

The co-founder will be expected to contribute both capital and active strategic involvement, help identify and execute growth prospects, build partnerships with marketplaces, retailers, hotels,



interior designers and corporate clients, support future fundraising, and help establish Elfloren Spaces as a premium home-luxury brand. Candidates with previous startup, business development, e-commerce, luxury, retail, D2C, finance, sales, marketing or investment experience will be preferred. Equity will be subject to a formal shareholder agreement, applicable vesting/lock-in terms, and mutually agreed company conditions.

This opportunity is intended for someone looking to build a company for the long term rather than simply make a financial investment.

Pay: ₹317,239.52 - ₹1,592,427.98 per year
