This role also involves handling daily office activities, answering phone calls, and managing emails.

Roles & Responsibilities

Accurately enter and update data into databases and maintain proper records.

Organize files, documents, and other office materials efficiently.

Perform daily office activities to ensure smooth operations.

Answer and direct phone calls in a qualified and friendly manner.





Manage emails and ensure timely responses.

Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and integrity.

Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
