We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Executive to handle customer queries and support travel and hospitality requirements. The role involves coordinating with customers, hotels, travel partners, and internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
Assist with travel bookings, hotel reservations, packages, and itineraries.
Coordinate with hotels, transport providers, tour operators, and travel partners.
Manage booking confirmations, changes, and cancellations.
Resolve customer complaints and provide timely solutions.
Coordinate with Sales and Operations teams for smooth service.
Maintain customer and booking records.
Follow up with customers before and after their travel.
Ensure positive customer satisfaction and service quality.

Requirements
1+ year of experience in Customer Service.




Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of travel bookings, hotels, and tour packages.
Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
Customer-friendly and positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of MS Office, Google Workspace, or CRM.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, weekends, or holidays.
Experience with travel agencies, hotels, resorts, airlines, or tour operators is preferred.
Day-to-day leadership, implementation of strategy and coordination with stakeholders
Provide expertise in diplomacy, culture, tourism, business, arts and international relations
Coordinate with Team missions and agencies
Convert strategy into annual programmes, events and cultural initiatives.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
