About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Performance Marketing Intern to join our marketing team and gain practical experience in digital advertising, campaign management, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities
Assist in managing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
Assist with audience research, targeting, and campaign setup.
Monitor campaign performance and key metrics.
Track leads, conversions, CTR, CPC, and ROAS.
Assist with campaign optimisation and testing.
Conduct basic competitor and market research.
Prepare campaign performance reports.
Coordinate with the creative and content team for ad creatives.

Requirements
Fresher with an interest in Performance Marketing and Digital Advertising.
Basic understanding of Meta Ads and Google Ads is preferred.
Valuable analytical and communication skills.
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets is an advantage.
Willingness to learn and work on live campaigns.
Positive attention to detail.
