Requirements:
Looking for a reliable and skilled Cook for our homestay. You will prepare fresh, tasty, and homely meals for our guests.
The ideal person should be able to cook Assamese traditional food, Indian food, Chinese food, and basic multi-cuisine dishes.
Proven experience as a cook in a homestay, or hotel located in Guwahati.
Robust knowledge of kitchen sanitation and food safety practices.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Friendly, trustworthy, and respectful communication style.

Key Responsibilities :
Cook breakfast, lunch, snacks and dinner maintaining standards of taste and hygiene.
Check food stock regularly, list required ingredients, and coordinate local market purchases with us.
Keep the kitchen, cooking surfaces, and utensils clean and sanitized.
Interact politely with guests, take feedback on meals, and handle special requests with a positive attitude
