Broomies Bakery is looking for an experienced Confectionery & Fondant Chef with robust hands-on expertise in fondant cakes, designer cakes, cake decoration, chocolate work and premium confectionery.
Key Requirements:
8+ years of relevant bakery/confectionery experience
Excellent skills in fondant modelling, sculpting, finishing & decoration
Experience handling customised and bulk cake orders
Positive knowledge of bakery production, hygiene and quality standards
Candidate must be based in Faridabad or nearby areas
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
