Acts as the main link between clients and internal execution teams to manage relationships, communicate project requirements, and ensure digital marketing deliverables are completed accurately and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day client communications, feedback, and expectations.
Translate client objectives into transparent briefs for internal design, content, and media teams.
Monitor project timelines and delivery across social media, SEO, paid ads, and content channels.
Gather analytics data and present performance and campaign reports to clients.
Identify potential upselling opportunities to help grow client accounts.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Experience: 1–2 years in client servicing or account management within an agency setting.
Digital Knowledge: Basic understanding of SEO, Social Media Marketing, SEM, and Google Analytics.
Skills: Very robust English written and verbal communication, project coordination, and time management.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
