We are looking for an experienced CFO with a robust CA and Finance & Accounts background to lead financial operations and manage the company's IPO preparation and execution.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the company’s IPO preparation and execution process.
Coordinate with Merchant Bankers, Auditors, Legal Advisors, and IPO Consultants.
Oversee Finance & Accounts, taxation, audits, MIS, budgeting, and cash flow.
Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and statutory compliance.
Manage financial due diligence and IPO-related documentation.
Strengthen financial controls, accounting processes, and corporate governance.
Provide strategic financial insights to the management and Board.
Lead and manage the Finance & Accounts team.
Required Qualifications
CA (Chartered Accountant) – Mandatory.
Strong knowledge of accounting, taxation, audit, and financial reporting.
Experience in managing financial operations and compliance.
Preferred Qualifications • Prior IPO/Pre-IPO experience is highly preferred.
Experience working with Merchant Bankers, Statutory Auditors, and Legal Advisors.
Exposure to SEBI, Companies Act, GST, and Income Tax compliance.
Experience in a corporate or fast-growing organization.
