Client Relationship Management
Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.
Ensure timely responses to client queries and requests.
Lead Management
Receive and register enquiries from calls, emails, website, and social media.
Assign leads to the concerned department.
Follow up with prospective clients until closure.
Track lead status and conversion.
Proposal & Quotation Coordination
Coordinate with the engineering team for proposal preparation.
Send proposals and quotations to clients.
Follow up for approvals, negotiations, and purchase orders.
Maintain records of submitted proposals and quotations.
Client Communication
Schedule meetings, presentations, and site visits.
Prepare meeting agendas and Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
Ensure prompt resolution of client concerns.
Project Coordination
Track project milestones and deliverables.
Follow up with engineering and site teams for project updates.
Inform clients about project progress and significant milestones.
Customer Support
Handle client complaints professionally.
Coordinate with relevant departments for issue resolution.
Monitor complaint closure and customer feedback.
Maintain a complaint and resolution register.
Payment & Commercial Follow-up
Follow up for purchase orders and work orders.
Coordinate invoice submission.
Follow up for outstanding payments.
Maintain payment status records.
Reporting
Prepare Daily Lead Reports.
Prepare Weekly Follow-up Reports.
Prepare Monthly Sales & CRM Reports.
Maintain client visit records.
Submit management reports and MIS.
