Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Consultant – Patient Care to join our healthcare services team. The role involves interacting with customers over calls, understanding their healthcare-related requirements, providing service information, and supporting lead conversion through effective communication and follow-ups.

The ideal candidate should have strong telecalling, customer handling, and consultative selling skills, along with the ability to build trust and maintain positive customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound calls with potential and existing customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide relevant information about healthcare services.
Explain service features, benefits, and pricing clearly.
Follow up on inquiries and leads through telephonic interactions.
Support lead conversion and customer engagement.
Address customer queries, concerns, and objections professionally.
Schedule appointments or further consultations when required.
Maintain accurate customer details, call records, and follow-up updates.




Build strong customer relationships through regular communication.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
Work towards business growth and sales objectives.

Required Skills

Robust customer handling and interpersonal skills.
Consultative selling and persuasion abilities.
Ability to handle customer queries and objections effectively.
Experience in lead conversion through phone calls.
Valuable listening skills and a customer-centric approach.
Ability to build rapport quickly with customers.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools.

Education
Any Graduate.

Preferred Experience
Healthcare sales or healthcare consultation.
Patient care services or patient counselling.
Telecalling, telesales, inside sales, or customer relationship management.
Experience in hearing solutions or related healthcare services is an advantage.
