Job requirements
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end delivery of AEO (Answer Engine Optimisation) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimisation) project across global markets.
Act as the bridge between business stakeholders, product teams, architects, developers, QA, and SEO/GEO specialists.
Drive project planning, sprint execution, release management, risk tracking, and stakeholder communication.
Gather and manage business requirements, translate them into actionable technical deliverables, and ensure successful implementation.
Manage global rollouts, UAT, go-live activities, and reporting dashboards.
Coordinate with AEM,



DevOps, and content teams to ensure timely delivery and quality outcomes.

Required

Skills
Robust Project/Program Management experience (10+ years).
Experience working on digital platforms, web applications, or CMS implementations.
Positive understanding of Agile delivery methodologies.
Exposure to Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) or similar CMS platforms.
Solid stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.

Preferred

Skills
Experience in SEO, Technical SEO, AEO/GEO, AI Search, or Digital Marketing programs.
Experience managing multi-market/global digital transformation initiatives.
PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications are a plus.
