- Drive implementation and compliance of NABH standards & Quality Management Systems N
- Conduct internal auditsand monitor compliance N
- Track Quality Indicators, Incidents, RCA, FMEA & CAPA N
- Lead Quality Improvement & Patient Safety initiatives N
- Support NABH Accreditation, Assessments & Mock Audits N
- Coordinate Quality Committees, documentation & management reporting N
- Conduct quality and patient-safety training for hospital teams N

nQualification – Mandatory
NMBA – Hospital Administration / Healthcare Management / Quality Management
NPreferred: Candidates with experience in NABH-accredited multispecialty hospitals and strong knowledge of RCA, FMEA, CAPA and Quality Management Systems.
