Experience: 1–4 Years (Preferably in Logistics / Supply Chain Operations)

1.ROLE PURPOSE The MIS Executive – Back Office will support the logistics and dispatch operations through effective coordination, data management, reporting, and documentation. The role is responsible for maintaining logistics MIS, monitoring dispatch planning, coordinating with transporters and internal departments, and ensuring smooth execution of supply chain processes.

The position requires strong analytical ability, attention to detail, and advanced Excel skills to manage operational data, track logistics performance, and support decision-making for efficient transportation and distribution.

2.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

· Verify and check invoices, e-way bills, and dispatch documents to ensure accuracy in billing, quantity, transporter details, and compliance with company policies.

· Cross-check freight invoices submitted by transporters with dispatch records and approved freight rates before processing for payment.

· Maintain proper documentation and records of invoices, dispatch orders, and logistics transactions for audit and reconciliation purposes.

- Accuracy and timeliness of logistics MIS and reports.
- Dispatch planning efficiency and adherence to schedules.
- Reduction in documentation errors and reporting discrepancies.
- Timely coordination with transporters and internal stakeholders.

- Data accuracy in logistics dashboards and operational reports.
- Support in optimizing transportation planning and operational efficiency.

5.ROLE ROADMAP

0–6 Months

- Understand company logistics processes, dispatch operations, and transportation workflows.
- Learn logistics MIS reporting and data management systems.
- Support daily dispatch tracking, documentation, and reporting.

6–12 Months




- Independently manage logistics MIS and reporting activities.
- Coordinate with internal teams and transporters for dispatch planning.
- Develop logistics dashboards and analytical reports using Advanced Excel.

12–24 Months
- Take ownership of logistics reporting and dispatch coordination.
- Identify process improvements in logistics planning and documentation.
- Contribute to operational efficiency and cost optimization initiatives.

7.ANNUAL SUCCESS PLAN

- Maintain accurate and timely logistics MIS and operational reports throughout the year.
- Ensure smooth coordination between logistics, plant, and sales teams.
- Improve dispatch visibility through structured reporting and tracking systems.
- Support logistics management in optimizing transportation planning and reducing delays.
- Demonstrate solid analytical capability through effective use of Advanced Excel for logistics data analysis.
- Build readiness for career progression into Senior Logistics Executive / Logistics Operations role.
