? Meta Ads Expert (Performance Marketing) — D2C & E-commerce

At AdyGuru, we're looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing/Meta Ads Expert who can scale D2C and e-commerce brands, deliver real ROI, and drive business growth—not just run ads.

? Location: Gokulpura, Near Kalwar Road, Jaipur

? Experience: 3–5 Years

? CTC: ₹3 LPA – ₹6 LPA (Based on Experience)

? Key Responsibilities

✅ 3–5 years of hands-on Performance Marketing / Meta Ads experience, ideally with D2C or e-commerce brands

✅ Managed ₹1 Cr ad spend across lead generation, sales, and e-commerce conversion campaigns

✅ Strong in D2C sales funnels — Cold, Warm & Retargeting campaign structuring

✅ Proven track record of scaling e-commerce ROAS and lowering CPA/CPL

✅ Expertise in campaign scaling & budget optimization across multiple ad accounts

✅ Solid knowledge of Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and full-funnel tracking for e-commerce/Shopify or D2C websites

✅ Daily 30-minute reporting of all Meta Ads accounts is mandatory, including on Sundays, holidays, and leave days when required.





? Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager (Campaign, Ad Set & Ad-level optimization)
- Experience handling multiple D2C/e-commerce sales campaigns simultaneously
- Understanding of catalog/agile product ads, retargeting, and customer LTV-driven strategy
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills — comfortable reading ROAS, CPA, CTR, and funnel drop-offs
- Experience with Meta Pixel, Conversion API, UTM tracking, and attribution setup
- Excellent communication and client/founder reporting skills
- Bonus: exposure to Google Ads or cross-channel performance marketing
