Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to coordinate between buyers, suppliers, production teams, and internal departments to ensure products are developed and delivered as per requirements, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with buyers, clients, suppliers, and production teams.- Understand product specifications, samples, measurements, and buyer requirements.- Prepare and maintain product development and order-related documents.- Follow up on samples, approvals, production, and delivery schedules.- Monitor production progress and ensure timely completion of orders.- Coordinate with the quality-control team to maintain required standards.- Track materials, trims, accessories, and other production requirements.- Identify and resolve production or delivery-related issues.- Maintain order status, costing,



and shipment records.- Ensure effective communication between all stakeholders.- Prepare regular reports and provide updates to management.

Requirements

- Graduate degree in Fashion, Textile, Business, or a related field preferred.- 1–3 years of experience in merchandising preferred.- Robust communication and coordination skills.- Good knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.- Strong follow-up and organizational abilities.- Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines.- Good attention to detail.
