Key Responsibilities
Pick up vehicles from customer locations and ensure a smooth and qualified vehicle handover.
Verify and collect all required vehicle-related documents.
Complete FASTag deactivation and perform basic vehicle checks during pickup.
Coordinate with Supply/Procurement and Operations teams for timely vehicle movement.
Safely drive and deliver vehicles to the designated Spinny hub.
Maintain accurate records of vehicle pickups, documentation, and handovers.
Handle basic customer queries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Follow all defined processes, safety guidelines, and compliance requirements.
Requirements
Valid 4-wheeler driving licence is mandatory.
Valuable driving skills and confidence in handling different types of cars.
Comfortable travelling to customer locations across the city.
Positive communication and customer-handling skills.
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and follow operational processes.
Responsible, punctual, and safety-conscious.
Preferred Attributes
Prior experience in automobile, vehicle delivery, logistics, field operations, or customer-facing roles will be an
advantage.
Basic understanding of vehicle documentation and handover processes.
Ability to work independently while coordinating effectively with internal teams.
