Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Marketing Specialist role based in Delhi.

The Digital Marketing

Specialist will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across social media, search, and other online channels to increase brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Daily responsibilities include managing social media accounts, creating and curating content for digital platforms, monitoring campaign performance, and analyzing web and marketing data to improve results. The role also involves coordinating with internal teams and clients, managing online marketing calendars,



and staying updated on digital trends and best practices. The specialist will be expected to report on campaign metrics regularly and contribute ideas to enhance overall marketing strategy.

Qualifications
Solid skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, including campaign planning and execution across multiple channels.
Experience in Social Media Marketing, with the ability to manage and grow brand presence on key platforms.
Proficiency in Web Analytics, with the ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns based on performance insights.
Excellent Communication skills, including transparent written and verbal communication and effective stakeholder coordination.
Familiarity with SEO/SEM tools and practices, and knowledge of paid advertising (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads).
Ability to work independently and within a team in a fast-paced, on-site workplace.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Prior experience in a digital marketing or online brand management role is highly desirable.
