nWe are looking for a Senior Digital Marketing Executive who is experienced in running paid advertising

ncampaigns and generating high-quality leads for a software/IT business. The ideal candidate should have

nstrong hands-on experience with performance marketing and be comfortable managing campaigns with clearlead-generation and ROI targets.

nKey Responsibilities :

Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for lead generation.
n
Develop strategies to generate high-quality B2B leads for our software products and services.
n
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
n
Monitor campaign performance and optimize CPC, CPL, CTR, conversion rates, and ROI.
n
Create and test different ad copies, creatives, landing pages, and audience segments.
n
Manage and optimize monthly advertising budgets effectively.
n
Track leads and campaign performance through Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager,



and conversion tracking.
n
Analyze campaign data and prepare regular performance reports.
n
Work closely with the Sales Team to improve lead quality and conversion.
n
Identify recent paid marketing opportunities and continuously improve lead-generation strategies.
n
Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and changes in digital advertising platforms.

nRequirements :

2–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Paid Advertising.
n
Strong experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
n
Proven experience in lead generation, preferably for B2B, SaaS, IT, or software companies.
n
Good understanding of campaign analytics and performance metrics.
n
Experience with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Search Console, or similar tools.
n
Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
n
Ability to manage campaigns independently and take ownership of performance.
n
Positive communication and reporting skills.
