Job Overview

OZMO INNOVATIONS is looking for a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Trainer who can deliver practical, industry-focused training and help students build real-world digital marketing skills.

The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, strategies, and current industry trends, along with the ability to explain concepts clearly and mentor students.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct engaging Digital Marketing classes and practical sessions
Teach students through real-world projects and case studies
Plan and deliver structured training based on the course curriculum
Guide students in creating and managing digital marketing campaigns
Monitor student performance and provide regular feedback
Conduct assignments, assessments, and practical activities
Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends and tools
Mentor students on career opportunities and industry requirements
Support students in building portfolios and practical experience
Coordinate with the academic team to improve training quality

Skills Required
Strong knowledge of Digital Marketing




SEO & SEM
Social Media Marketing
Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Google Ads
Google Analytics / GA4
Content Marketing
Email Marketing
Keyword Research
Lead Generation
Conversion Optimization
Basic knowledge of Canva and marketing tools
Positive communication and presentation skills

Preferred Experience
1+ year of practical experience in Digital Marketing
Previous teaching/training experience is an advantage
Experience managing real client campaigns is highly preferred
Candidates with strong practical knowledge and communication skills are encouraged to apply
