Job Overview

Caratbazaar is hiring an E-commerce Executive to manage website orders and support online customers. The role includes handling online orders, product listings and customer communication. The candidate should be organized and confident in speaking with customers in Hindi and English.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and process orders received through the website.
Upload and manage product listings including images, descriptions and pricing.
Product Listing in Proper way on shopify.
Coordinate with the team for order processing and shipping.
Respond to customer queries related to products, orders and delivery.

Requirements
Experience in e-commerce operations.
Basic knowledge of Shopify or e-commerce platforms.
Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
Basic computer knowledge.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
