Qualification:
B.Sc. Cardiac Care Technology / Cardiac Technology or equivalent qualification.
Relevant professional registration, if applicable.
Experience:
Minimum 2–3 years of relevant experience in a hospital/cardiology department.
Hands-on experience in ECHO, ECG, and TMT is mandatory.
Experience assisting cardiologists during cardiac diagnostic procedures is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform ECG, ECHO, and TMT procedures accurately and efficiently.
Assist cardiologists during ECHO and other cardiac investigations.
Prepare patients and explain procedures appropriately.
Monitor patients during TMT and report any abnormal findings immediately.
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot cardiac diagnostic equipment.
Maintain accurate patient records and investigation reports.
Follow infection-control, safety, and hospital protocols.
Ensure proper functioning and cleanliness of the cardiology investigation area.
Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and other departments for smooth patient care.
Skills Required:
Strong technical knowledge of ECHO, ECG, and TMT.
Valuable patient-handling and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a busy hospital setting.
