Data Entry Operator – Store/VD Department

Location: Metoda, Rajkot, Gujarat

Education: Graduate in any field

Experience: Minimum 1 Year

Key Responsibilities:
Enter and maintain daily store-related data in ERP/software and Excel.
Prepare and update GRN, material receipt, issue, transfer, and stock records.
Maintain accurate records of raw materials, consumables, components, and finished goods.
Update stock inward/outward entries and ensure proper documentation.
Verify physical stock with system records and report discrepancies to the Store In-charge.
Prepare daily/weekly/monthly stock reports as required.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of store records.
Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, and Accounts departments regarding material and stock-related entries.




Ensure timely and accurate data entry with minimum errors.
Follow company procedures related to inventory control and store documentation.

Required Skills:
Graduate / Diploma or equivalent qualification.
1–2 years of experience in data entry, store, inventory, or manufacturing workplace preferred.
Valuable knowledge of MS Excel and basic computer applications.
Experience with ERP/Inventory Management Software will be an advantage.
Good typing speed and accuracy.
Strong attention to detail and record-keeping skills.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.

Pay: Up to ₹24,000.00 per month
