We are looking for a talented and cutting-edge Design Engineer to join our team at A Square Innovations, a leader in retractable roof engineering. The ideal candidate will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and detailing cutting-edge retractable louvered roofs and other specialized structures, ensuring precision, functionality, and aesthetic appeal.
Design and Development:
Develop designs for retractable louvered roofs, polycarbonate roofs, and related systems.
Create detailed 2D/3D models and drawings using software like AutoCAD, and SolidWorks
Project Collaboration:
Collaborate with the research team, production engineers, and clients to understand project requirements.
Modify and optimize designs based on feedback and functional requirements.
Technical Calculations:
Perform structural load calculations,



material strength analysis, and thermal performance assessments.
Ensure designs adhere to safety standards and project specifications.
Prototyping & Testing:
Oversee prototype development and testing phases.
Troubleshoot and refine designs to resolve technical challenges.
Documentation and Compliance:
Prepare and maintain detailed technical documentation, BOMs, and design reports.
Ensure compliance with applicable engineering codes and industry standards.
Innovation:
Identify prospects for design improvements and cutting-edge solutions.
Support patent-related work for novel designs, if applicable.
